We are a growing and ambitious Engineering company manufacturing components for multiple sectors including Transport, Construction and Materials handling.

Our offering to our customers is all about quality and service – the 2 key elements we are searching for in this brand new, exciting role.

You will be involved with multiple functions across the company – New product introduction, Process Engineering, Production, and Business Improvement where you will get opportunity to help improve the business by utilisation of automation and robotics – always ensuring optimum Quality is delivered in all new and existing product lines. Externally, you will work with our customers and suppliers, visiting their facilities ensuring Quality via audits (we’ll train you), test and inspection reports all of which you will report back to the business to ensure products are available on time to the right quality level.

We’re ideally looking for someone who has some work experience in an Engineering environment. You will have the ability to read, interpret and review detailed drawings, specifications, customer requirements and follow project plans and timelines.

This is a great opportunity for a bright, socially adept Graduate with a Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Product Engineering degree to join us and take on this broad ranging role. You will work alongside the Technical and Quality functions, getting plenty of training and development – but we also need you to be the type of character to throw yourself in to the opportunity and learn organically.

You’ll need to be able to develop relationships – internal and external – and be a well organised, self-motivated individual.  Mature in character, commercial in approach and financially savvy, this role will suit someone looking to build a career with a growing, fast paced business where you can learn and develop and have fun doing it.

The role is currently Day shift operation 7am to 5pm Mon-Thursday.

The role, based in our Ballymoney site, is on a permanent basis pending successful completion of the probationary period and the company are willing to reward the right candidate with a highly competitive salary.

Ideally the successful candidate will have already achieved or be graduating this year in a relevant discipline at 2:1 level or above. Those expecting to graduate this year will be required to demonstrate evidence that they are on course to achieve 2:1.
