Automated and manual shot blasting begins our coating process, removing any contaminants and providing a quality bond for future coatings.
Components then pass through a five-stage chemical pretreatment before being dried in a high-temperature drying oven. This process ensures a clean surface which has been protected from corrosion and rust. Primar and topcoat are applied in one of our two manual or semi-automatic paint lines.
