As part of our continual investment in automation we have introduced several Panasonic Robotic Welding Cells to the business over the past few years. These robots can be programmed to meet our customers MIG welding requirements and are particularly suitable for repeatable and high-volume work.
They can produce the same weld cycle 24/7 without the high level of skill and stamina required by their human counterparts. As manual welding is a highly skilled and sought after profession robotic welding helps address the national labour shortage in this area and allows our skilled manual welders to concentrate on more complex work. A range of jigs and fixtures developed by our Engineers helps keep load/unload times to a minimum.
