TRAINEE CNC PRESSBRAKE OPERATOR

The Role

We are currently looking for a Trainee CNC Machine Operator to join our team.  This entry-level role is ideal for an individual with prior manufacturing or fabrication experience who is eager to learn press brake operations and grow within a fast-paced production environment.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Setting and operating Bystronic and Trumpf press brakes
  • Reading engineering drawings
  • Selecting correct tooling and machine settings for each job
  • Ability to use different measuring equipment
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to at all times
  • Working as part of a team

Desirable Criteria

  • Previous experience running a CNC Press Brake
  • Previous experience in an Engineering/Fast paced environment
